Join us as we welcome back Chef Max Kenison of Andria's Steakhouse for his first class of the year. Inspired by Asian cuisine and rooted in the Andria's Steakhouse flavors that you know and love, Chef Max will delight the taste buds and inspire you to create new combinations in your own kitchen.
Asian Steak Salad: Crisp spring-mix greens topped with Mongolian beef, peppers, green onion, and Thai red chilies, finished with an Asian vinaigrette featuring Andria’s Signature Salad Dressing.
Sesame Crusted Tuna Bites: Quick-seared ahi tuna, coated in sesame seeds and paired with wasabi and soy.
Asian Steak Fried Rice: Wok-tossed fried rice with tender strips of steak, peppers, and green onions, infused with garlic and ginger, then finished with Andria’s Oyster Sauce for rich, savory flavor.
Ginger Poached Pears: Pears gently poached in a Fezziwigs syrup of ginger, star anise, and cinnamon, served chilled with a touch of whipped cream or vanilla bean gelato.
