Our paella classes are always popular, thanks to expert instructor Chef Robin. This traditional Spanish rice dish from Valencia is known for saffron-infused rice cooked in a wide, shallow pan with seafood, chicken, vegetables, or other flavorful ingredients. Originally a humble 18th-century open-fire meal prepared by rural farm laborers, paella reflects the Moorish influence that brought rice to the region and has since become a celebrated symbol of Spanish cuisine.
This smoky, savory paella is ideal for feeding a crowd during the winter months. We’ll showcase Kentucky Bourbon Barrel products alongside our saffron threads, Bomba rice, and paella pans to create a truly spectacular dish. Wines by the glass will be available for purchase, so you can sip while you learn and eat.
