Join us as we welcome back Rachel, owner and baker of Rachel's Market Macarons, as she reintroduces us to the wonderful world of macarons. In this hands-on class, you'll learn the tips and tricks of creating these delicious and delicate desserts. We will learn basics of making beautiful French macarons from start to finish, then fill and decorate them with three festive holiday flavors:
- Peppermint Hot Cocoa- chocolate ganache with peppermint twist
- Sugar Cookie- Sweet vanilla buttercream with that classic Christmas cookie flavor
- Salted Caramel- rich caramel filling with just the right touch of salt
You'll leave with your own assortment of homemade macarons- perfect for sharing, gifting, or keeping all to yourself! No macaron-making experience needed.
