Join Chef Ty for the first class in our new culinary history series, where we explore the culture,flavors, and stories behind dishes from around the world. For this class, we’re traveling to Durban, South Africa, to learn about the bold spices and Indian. South African influences behind one of the city’s most famous dishes: Bunny Chow.

Cilantro, thyme, lime, and fried shallots
Dessert: Malva pudding
Vanilla cream sauce, roasted pineapple, ginger caramel, and toasted coconut
This hands-on class is designed for both beginners and experienced home cooks.
Chef Ty will guide guests through the cooking process, introduce traditional ingredients and techniques, and
show how familiar flavors can be elevated through thoughtful preparation and plating.
