Organic green tea underneath, with cinnamon and ginger for warmth and orange peel and pomegranate arils keeping the top of the cup bright. Cacao nibs land at the finish, dark and faintly bitter; fennel adds a light anise sweetness behind them.
A green tea base, so there is caffeine.
Brew at about 175°F for three minutes. Hotter or longer and the green tea goes bitter underneath the spice.
