Chamomile leads here, honey-sweet and faintly apple-like, with peppermint and lemongrass giving the cup a cool, bright edge. Orange peel and rose petals round it out, and the cornflower and malva petals make the dry blend worth looking at before you add water.
The liquor brews a clear pale gold. No caffeine, so it keeps company with the end of the day.
Water just off the boil, a heaping teaspoon per cup, five minutes. It takes honey well.
