Celebrate an evening of thoughtfully paired bourbon cocktails prepared by the team at Iron Fish Distillery. Iron Fish Distillery was founded in 2016 as Michigan’s first farm distillery growing grain and distilling spirits, and barrel-finishing sourced whiskey. For several years, Fezziwig's has partnered with Iron Fish to bring their brand of bourbon, whiskey, gin, maple syrup, and honey to Southern Illinois. For this event, we welcome the Iron Fish team to the Fezziwig's store where they will be creating signature cocktails that pair perfectly with seasonal bites thoughtfully cooked and created by Fezziwig's own Chef Jen. From warm spices and maple to savory comfort foods and decadent desserts, each pairing is designed to capture a cozy spirit with a little bourbon magic in every bite. Our exciting menu includes:
-Autumn Pear Cocktail paired with Shrimp & Bacon Infused Polenta
-Maple Ginger Cocktail paired with Roasted Vegetable Soup
-Four Cask Harvest Cocktail paired with Individual Bourbon Meatloaf and Autumn Orzo
-The Autumn Angler paired with Spiced Cake & Bourbon Cream.
