Hafa Adai! Join Chef Robin for an evening of cooking and eating foods from a tiny island just 11 degrees north of the equator. 

The menu for this evening includes traditional Chamorro dishes. We’ll start with Pancit, a rice noodle stir fry, made with chicken, onions, carrots and green peppers. This dish is one of Robin’s favorites from her military assignment on Guam.

Second on the list is Red Rice, a staple at Chamorro fiestas on the island…without Red Rice it wouldn’t be much of a fiesta. It is colorful rice is flavored with Dashida seasoning, garlic, and green onions and colored with achote powder. 

The main dish is Chamorro pot roast. This meat course is frequently on the menu at Chamorro gatherings and includes onions, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and you guessed it…more garlic. 

Finally, for dessert you will enjoy an Easy Chamorro Cake. You’ll marvel at how quickly this comes together, although Robin will have this already baked and ready to eat. Hafa Adai!

Recipes will be provided for all dishes. Wines by the glass are available for purchase.  Special discounts will be offered to all guests when purchasing items in the store.
