Celebrate the flavors of summer with a festive menu full of smoky barbecue, fresh garden favorites, and nostalgic comfort desserts. This All-American dinner menu, celebrating the 250th anniversary of the USA, will be prepared by Chef Jen and starts with an heirloom tomato salad with warm bacon vinaigrette.
Next up is a slow cooked BBQ pork served with a pepper jelly glazed corn on the cob, and a classic crunchy coleslaw. The finale is a peanuty banana pudding.
Also on tap for this evening, Chef Robin will be sharing a presentation of her experiences having worked inside the White House during the last six months of the Clinton Administration and the first two and a half years of the George W. Bush Administration. Robin will speak about her military assignment during those three years and provide insights and lessons learned about working with the top levels of our government and the amazing value of our life here in the United States of America.
