July brings blazing summer heat—and the inspiration for a peach-focused menu you can help create. This semi-hands-on class will make you wish fresh peaches were always in season! We’ll begin with a mouthwatering appetizer: juicy peaches wrapped in smoky bacon and grilled to perfection, then finished with a balsamic glaze made from one of our signature balsamic vinegars.
The centerpiece of the meal is a tender grilled pork loin marinated to perfection. This magnificent entrée will be served alongside a vibrant peach salsa that brings a burst of fresh summer flavor to every bite.
To top it all off, we’ll craft a decadent dessert featuring bourbon glazed peaches and topped with sweet and silky vanilla ice cream. These flavors will remind you of the joys of peach season, lingering long after summer is gone.
