Take a culinary journey to Italy (no passport needed – just bring your appetite) as we explore rustic comfort food and timeless flavors that bring people together around the table. In this hands-on class, guests will learn how to prepare a beautiful baked pasta dish while discovering the techniques behind classic Italian cooking. From roasted tomatoes and crispy garlic crostini to rich homemade red sauce and stuffed pasta, this class celebrates the warmth and simplicity that makes Italian cuisine so beloved around the world.
We’ll start the afternoon with a warm roasted tomato dip bursting with deep, caramelized flavor. It will be served with crispy garlic crostini for the perfect savory bite to begin our Italian-inspired experience
Guests will then prepare their own stuffed lumaconi pasta filled with creamy spinach and cheese, then bake it in a rich homemade red sauce. Chef Ty will guide everyone through assembling the dish and finishing it in the oven alongside warm garlic bread.
To end the meal, we’ll enjoy a silky lemon posset — a bright and refreshing Italian-style dessert with the perfect balance of citrus and sweetness.
