We’ll start with crisp Chili Shrimp Cups, loaded with sweet heat and fresh crunch, followed by savory Chinese Lamb Skewers featuring local D & M lamb. A colorful Asian Noodle Salad brings together fresh vegetables, herbs, and a zesty dressing for the perfect balance of flavors. To cool things down, we’ll blend up frosty Mango Pineapple Slushies, bursting with sunshine-sweet tropical fruit.
