In this hands-on class, guests will learn how to prepare the amazing foods of this Southeast Coastal Asian nation nestled between Viet Nam and Burma. The offerings will reflect the traditions, sights and sounds of a country that follows strict rules of respect toward people and observances. Chef Ty will guide everyone through assembling and finishing the dishes along with teaching you about the unique spices and other ingredients the Thais lavishly use to create their signature dishes.
