When the days are warm, and the markets are overflowing with beautiful produce, there’s nothing more delightful than creating dishes that celebrate the bright flavors of summer without heating up the kitchen too much.  In this inspiring and engaging class, we’ll explore the art of savory and sweet summer tarts and tartlets, perfect for effortless entertaining, light suppers, or elegant brunches.


Using the season’s best ingredients, we’ll begin with a stunning Summer Tomato & Goat Cheese Tart, featuring ripe farmers market tomatoes layered over creamy goat cheese and finished with a bright, fresh herbed vinaigrette. Next, we’ll create a Savory Peach & Prosciutto Crostini Tart, where sweet summer peaches meet delicate prosciutto and crisp crostini-style textures, all finished with a rich drizzle of balsamic glaze. To end on a sweet note, we’ll prepare a refreshing Lemon Curd Tart, topped with the season’s ripest fresh fruits and a cloud of lightly honeyed whipped cream -a dessert that tastes like pure summer.


Along the way, you’ll learn techniques for assembling beautiful tarts, balancing sweet and savory flavors, and using peak-season ingredients to create dishes that are simple, elegant, and full of sunshine.
