sensational strawberries. We’ll begin with a refreshing sweet strawberry tea from our new
Fezziwig’s Tea Collection as we explore creative ways to highlight this beloved summer fruit.
Our chef will demonstrate how to prepare a gorgeous strawberry–spinach and goat cheese
crostini drizzled with luscious strawberry balsamic glaze, followed by a bright and unexpected
twist on a classic summer caprese salad featuring ripe strawberries alongside fresh herbs and
creamy cheese. We’ll finish on a sweet note with a fruity, irresistible strawberry dessert that
perfectly captures the flavor of summer. Light, fresh, and full of inspiration, this class is a joyful
celebration of one of the season’s most beautiful ingredients.
