The evening begins with a bright, citrus-forward Cantarito paired with fresh ceviche accented by lime, herbs and coastal flavors. Guests will then enjoy Rajas con Queso—roasted poblano peppers folded into creamy melted cheese—served alongside a classic Margarita.
The celebration continues with a house-made sangria accompanied by Albondigas, traditional Mexican meatballs simmered in a rich, aromatic sauce. Expect thoughtfully paired dishes, with bold flavors, well-crafted cocktails, and a lively evening of celebration.
