We’ll begin with a warm welcome featuring our signature welcome cocktail, A Dog Named Rosemary, served alongside a light snack to ease into the night.
Next, settle in for Tea Time, a bourbon cocktail crafted with Big O Ginger Liqueur, paired with artisan flatbreads layered with creamy goat cheese, fig jam, arugula, and prosciutto, finished with a delicate drizzle of hot honey for just the right touch of heat.
The evening continues with a classic Old Fashioned, served alongside bourbon chicken over savory mashed sweet potatoes and green beans—comforting, rich, and perfectly balanced.
We’ll finish on a refreshing note with a Mint Julep, paired with bourbon lemon pound cake, topped with macerated berries and mint-infused cream—a bright, elegant close to a memorable evening.
