In this one-of-a-kind event, Chef Ty will be surprised with a mystery ingredient box handpicked by Jackie — and will have just 40 minutes to create a restaurant-worthy dish for the class. Guests will enjoy delicious food, live entertainment, and a behind-the-scenes look at the creative process of a chef in action!

Peruvian Chicken with Lime & Cilantro Rice
Guests are welcomed with this flavorful, filling dish featuring juicy marinated chicken paired with
zesty lime and cilantro rice — a bright, comforting start to the evening.
Grazing Board of the Evening
A spread of seasonal meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, and dips is available throughout the event for
light snacking and sipping while watching the live challenge.
Mystery Box Challenge
Jackie will reveal a surprise ingredient box with enough items for Chef Ty to craft three
beautifully plated tasting dishes. With just 40 minutes on the clock, Chef Ty will cook live while
guests watch, ask questions, and enjoy the excitement as Pavan keeps the crowd engaged with
foodie trivia and interactive questions.
Red Velvet Cake Finale
A sweet finish to the night — rich red velvet cake topped with salted caramel and roasted
pecans, served to every guest as Chef Ty reveals the final dish.
