Whether you prefer your eggs for breakfast or dinner, this hands-on class is designed to satisfy your cravings with a variety of egg-based dishes. At the start of the session, participants will be divided into four groups, and each group will focus on preparing one of the following: a classic Denver Omelet, a savory Croque Madame Sandwich, a hearty Philly Cheese Steak Omelet, or a fresh salad to accompany all three entrees. In addition to cooking, we’ll take some time to discuss the distinctions between a traditional French omelet and a Western Omelet, highlighting unique techniques and flavors.
Get ready to roll up your sleeves, crack some eggs, and enjoy a lively, interactive cooking experience. Wines by the glass will be available for purchase to pair with your meal.
