Join us for an elevated, hands-on cooking class designed to celebrate fresh spring flavors and classic techniques.  Guests will start the day off with goat cheese crostini finished with honey and fresh herbs, learning how to balance sweet and savory in a simple, elegant starter. 

The class continues with sauteed shrimp paired with a bright citrus beurre blanc, followed by tender filet medallions topped with herb butter and served alongside seasonal spring vegetables.  The evening concludes a light, refreshing note with strawberries and mascarpone finished with a balsamic glaze.  This class is perfect for date night, special occasions, or anyone looking to bring restaurant-quality dishes into their home kitchen.
