DIY Shrimp Chips with Asian Slaw
Guests fry their own shrimp-filled rice paper chips seasoned with Fezziwig’s Cardet Seasoning and Togarashi. Each guest plates their crispy shrimp chips with fresh Asian slaw, fried garlic, and green onions — creating a colorful, elevated appetizer they can call their own.
Asian-Style Deep-Fried Ribs with Fried Rice
Crispy, sticky ribs glazed with Fezziwig’s Sweet Chili Vodka Sauce, served alongside fried rice sautéed in Fezziwig’s Bacon Olive Oil. Chef Ty will plate the ribs for a restaurant-quality presentation.
Chinese Donuts with Sugar, Lime Zest & Honey Bee PollenLight, sweet, and perfectly finished with sugar, a hint of lime zest, and a sprinkle of Fezziwig’s Honey Bee Pollen for a fresh, elevated twist.
