This hands-on class will delve into essential enchilada-making skills, including preparing flavorful homemade sauces, selecting the perfect fillings, and mastering the art of rolling and baking these savory delights. The class will include classics like savory enchiladas rojas (ground beef with red chile sauce) and sweet dessert enchiladas layered with cinnamon-spiced apples!
