The evening begins with an abundant gourmet grazing board and a signature tea crafted cocktail, inviting guests to mingle, connect, and toast to the power of local support. Once seated, you’ll enjoy a crisp green salad, crowned with succulent poached shrimp and a lively, zesty vinaigrette—fresh, elegant, and thoughtfully composed.
The main course takes center stage with a bold and soulful Cajun coffee–rubbed strip steak, expertly prepared and paired with rosemary shoestring frites, crispy and fragrant. To finish, indulge in a truly decadent finale: warm espresso bread pudding, elevated by a luxurious Baileys cream pour-over, served tableside for a touch of indulgent drama.
Every course is crafted with care by local chef Max of Andrea’s Steak House and the chefs at Fezziwig's Marketplace, highlighting the incredible talent within our own community.
