Oui Magnifique!  Ellen is such a fan of the luxurious French sous-vide cooking method that she brings her 'real life chef experience' from the South of France to you!  

Here, you’ll learn why the French embrace sous vide and how to use it confidently at home. The sous vide cooking method is where precision meets indulgence, and simple ingredients are transformed into unforgettable dishes. Through live demonstration and expert instruction, Ellen will share techniques, tips, and a few stories straight from the French kitchen.

Our Menu Tonight will be:

Sous-Vide Salmon Rillette Tartine – served as an elegant amuse-bouche

Succulent Garlic & Rosemary Sous-Vide Lamb Chops – perfectly tender and finished with intention and accompanied by truffled roasted potatoes and seasonal green vegetables.

Expect a welcoming atmosphere, approachable instruction, and those little unexpected touches that make each class memorable. As always, a few fun surprises are woven in—because the best French meals are as joyful as they are delicious.
