We’ll begin with a rich, soul-warming mussels soup, brimming with aromatics and depth, served with crusty bread perfect for soaking up every last spoonful. Next, you’ll master a quick and elegant weeknight white fish, finished with a bright lemon, mustard, and caper sauce—fresh, light, and endlessly adaptable.
We’ll end on a high note with Asian-inspired salmon, beautifully glazed and paired with fluffy rice, offering bold flavor and a satisfying finish to the evening.
