Chef Robin will guide you through making Julia Child’s wonderfully seasoned beef dish entirely from scratch. If you prefer, you can cook this savory stew a day or two ahead—it develops even more flavor when reheated. Using Cabernet Sauvignon enhances the taste of the stew, and it’s also an excellent choice to sip while cooking or enjoying your meal. Wines by the glass are available for purchase during the class, and bottles can be bought afterwards.
