Does cooking with wine mean drinking while you cook, or using wine in your recipes? YES, to both! We are always down for some wine in the pan and wine in the glass. We will start with a Butternut Squash and Apple Bisque infused with Chardonnay…yum! Next up we’ll create a Chicken Marsala with a twist, Cabernet Sauvignon instead of Marsala. Finally, we will end the afternoon with a surprise dessert made with…you guessed it…WINE! There is also a special discount that evening for any items purchased. Wines by the glass are available for purchase (of course). (the alcohol evaporates during cooking,but the flavor remains).
