Autumn is here, and it’s time to pull out all those fall recipes you’ve been waiting to try. And there’s no better way to try them than here with your friends at Fezziwig’s! We’ll start with a colorful and delicious stacked apple salad with tangy goat cheese, toasted nuts, and a creamy vinaigrette dressing seasoned with shallots and fresh herbs. Our second course will be a pumpkin soup that can be made from scratch or using pumpkin puree…you’ll receive the recipe for both. It will be yummy in your tummy! Our final offering will be a Maple Pear Tart that you will make again and again.
Wines by the glass are available for purchase. Ages 10+ are welcome with an adult participant. If this class is sold out, please call 618-726-2230 to be placed on the waiting list!
