Is your cooking rooted in goodness? It should be because root vegetables are loaded with color, nutrition and flavor. In this class, you’ll learn about the benefits of these delicious veggie options.

While cauliflower is not a root vegetable, we’ll pair it with carrots and one of our seasoning mixes to make a vibrant and colorful dish. We’ll also make a scrumptious roasted potato salad that can be served alone or as a side dish. Finally, we’ll make a fantastic roasted mushroom flatbread glazed with one of our balsamic vinegars.
