Ring in the Lunar New Year with flavor, fun, and Fezziwig’s flair with Chef Ty! Come cook, learn, and celebrate prosperity in every bite! This hands-on cooking class brings together festive flavors, fun techniques, and symbolic dishes that celebrate luck, prosperity, and new beginnings — all with a Fezziwig’s twist. We’ll begin with Golden Wontons of Prosperity, where guests fill and fold their own dumplings with a savory mix of ground chicken and turkey seasoned with Fezziwig’s Chardonnay wine rub and roasted bell pepper seasoning. Chef Ty will pan-sear them to perfection and serve them with a sweet chili dipping sauce.
Menu & Activities:
Our second course will be Lucky Chicken Lo Mein with colorful vegetables and tossed with Fezziwig’s Bacon Olive Oil. You will learn how to build layers of flavor and texture while creating a symbolic dish representing long life and good fortune.
Finally, you will receive a gift of Red Velvet Celebration Cookies. These festive cookies are sweet New Year treat. Red symbolizes happiness, good luck, and prosperity for the new year ahead!
