Roll up your sleeves and jump in or sit back and relax while we prepare a gorgeous roasted beet salad with fresh, zesty oranges and a fresh herbed vinaigrette, followed by an easy, yet elegant root vegetable hash bursting with caramelized flavor and topped with a farm-fresh poached egg (optional). For dessert, a winter fruit tart drizzled with rich, earthy honey that is as wholesome as it is beautiful.
