If you’ve ever eaten at Andria’s Steakhouse in O’Fallon, you already know about the genius of their Executive Chef, Max Kenison. Now we have him as a guest chef, and the reviews are top shelf! Join Max and the Fezziwig’s crew for an evening of freshly made deliciousness that will have you coming back for more.
For starters, Max will prepare a shaved Brussel sprout salad with everyone’s favorite…bacon. Next up is a delicate smoked salmon roulade with mascarpone cheese, capers, fresh dill, and a touch of lemon for a bright, elegant bite. The accompaniment to this dish is a pan-seared chicken breast, with sautéed mushrooms, white wine, and cream served over orzo for a refined and comforting dish. And desert? Yes! You will be served a brioche baked in a rich dark chocolate custard with a touch of espresso, served warm and finished with a drizzle of Fezziwig’s Chocolate Balsamic for a perfectly balanced depth of sweetness and acidity.
