Join Max and the Fezziwig’s crew for an evening of freshly made deliciousness that will have you coming back for more.
For starters, Max will prepare a shaved Brussel sprout salad with everyone’s favorite…bacon. Next up is a delicate smoked salmon roulade with mascarpone cheese, capers, fresh dill, and a touch of lemon for a bright, elegant bite. The accompaniment to this dish is a pan-seared chicken breast, with sautéed mushrooms, white wine, and cream served over orzo for a refined and comforting dish. And desert? Yes! You will be served a brioche baked in a rich dark chocolate custard with a touch of espresso, served warm and finished with a drizzle of Fezziwig’s Chocolate Balsamic for a perfectly balanced depth of sweetness and acidity.
