Our stainless steel air tight containers ensure the teas are kept fresh for your protection. Fresh-brewed teas are sampled daily. We sell our loose leaf tea by the ounce in lined zip lock black bags to preserve freshness. Each selection is labeled with specific brewing instructions including water temperature and steep times along with detailed information about each tea because each tea is different.
